August 30, 2010 : Welcome to our updated website!

For those of you who have visited before, we still provide the same quality counseling, mediation and training services and have added some new features such as a blog, reformatted newsletter, products page and PayPal (coming soon).  As always, we appreciate the relationships we have with you and welcome your feedback.

                               Tonya was a licensed marriage and family therapist and mediator in Bedford Heights, Ohio and working

                               toward her Ph.D.  Rest in peace.

NCS adds fourth service: 

                               We are pleased to announce that Dr. Joyce A. Banjac is our newest NCS Associate.  Joyce joins

                               us as Vice-president and Chief Strategist of Organizational Markets. Her

                               specialty is Facilitation in higher education arenas.  See her biography on our About Us page.
